This course introduces students to the professional process of film packaging and development using the framework established by BondIt Media Capital and Buffalo 8. Students will work hands‑on with real screenplays, transforming them into investor‑ready packages that mirror industry standards. Learning Objectives By the end of this course, students will: Understand sales estimates and financial modeling to gauge potential revenue. Apply stripboard and cast scheduling to optimize shooting schedules. Develop top sheet budgets that provide investors with clear financial snapshots. Create coverage and feedback reports to refine scripts for marketability. Design creative decks that visually communicate a project’s vision and tone. Package projects with strategic introductions to financiers, distributors, and talent agencies. Practical Application Students will: Work with real scripts provided by Fade2stage and partner organizations. Produce deliverables including stripboards, budgets, creative decks, and coverage reports. Gain experience in pitching projects to simulated investors, preparing them for real‑world opportunities.
